Ozone Ultra Clean Ltd has created this privacy policy because we respect our customers and want to make sure that their personal information is handled responsibly.  We also want to assure our customers that we take this issue very seriously and consequently aim to be as transparent as possible about what we do with the information we hold.

We collect:

• Your name, email, address, phone number, credit card number ... when you place an order.
• Your billing information and shipping address when you check out.
• We may ask you information about your favorite brands when you check out. You have the option not to provide us this information.

How do we use your information?

• No credit card or other financial information is stored on our web servers, such information is simply forwarded to our payment service provided (PSP) and then removed after use.
• Your name, company, contact details and shipping details are stored in our sales database for a period of two years, and for 6 years within our accounting system.  Ozone Ultra Clean Ltd take every precaution to ensure your data is held safely on our systems.
• Your email address could be used for sending promotional material, but only from Ozone Ultra Clean Ltd.  We do not pass any customer information onto third parties other than Government agencies when required by law.
